一、研究方向

　　随着“饲料端禁抗、养殖端限抗”政策的全面落实，急需开发抗生素替代品。我们围绕这一产业需求，以抗菌肽为着力点，致力于研究：

　　1、天然产物中挖掘新型抗菌肽和抗菌剂，并对其进行改造；

　　2、以金黄色葡萄球菌为靶标菌，阐明抗菌肽的作用机理，开展联合用药研究；

　　3、以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和毕赤酵母为表达宿主，构建抗菌肽高表达体系，实现抗菌肽规模化生产。
